Welcome love, I'm Amy

& I'm devoted to the innate feminine intelligence that lives in your bones.

Because inside every single one of us is a primordial force beyond words, beyond time

An instinct that can never be broken or taken away

A quiet pulse of clarity that is of nature

I tend women's bodies with the intention of ressurrecting this often forgotten thread

Because you are an ecosystem pulsing with organic intelligence, babe,

Fascia. Lymph. Organ. Bone. Blood. Mitochondria. Emotion. Memory.

So many of us have spent far too long shut off from our body's wisdom. Hushing messages, numbing sensation, obsessing over symptoms, and treating our body as the mere vehicle taking us through life...

But we are SO much more than that...

Our flesh holds the culmination of our entire life and history.

Our pelvis is the epicenter of deep feminine power, creational energy, pleasure, and aliveness...

What if there is no more "fixing" needed for your body? And instead you gave her the space to be

Heard. Touched. Tended.

Love, your tissues are not a puzzle to be solved, they make up the wild, sprawling garden of YOU that is meant to flourish with raw vital life force.

It's time to nourish your body in the slow, attuned way she deserves.

Womb Continuum Care is a ceremonial bodywork approach inspired by a blend of lineages, including Structural Integration, Abdominal Massage, Traditional Mexican Medicine & Manual Pelvic Therapy.

This work supports proper uterine alignment, healthy fascia + lymph,  melting scar tissue adhesions, bringing ample blood flow to the abdomen + pelvis, and softening the belly + breasts to restore female physiological design.

In every session, I meet your body exactly at the pace your nervous system is ready for.

Layer by layer.

First unwinding the most superficial layers of your fascia...

Working into deeper tissue only at the pace of your authentic receptivity.

Touch is one of the oldest, tried and true medicines for a reason...

Because we weren't meant to hold it all alone.

This is ancient ritual care made by women, for women.

Maddy B.

"After a Diep Flap surgery last January, I was left with a large uncomfortable scar across my abdomen. Amy provided me with such amazing care and loving touch, encouraging my body to start to release what's been held there for all these months. Not one person on my medical team mentioned anything about the  physical and emotional impacts of scar tissue. Sessions with Amy felt healing on a soul level and like my body finally started to heal. Thank you."

Noemie R.

"Thank you, Amy, for the gentle and present touch during our belly work session. It really helped me connect even more deeply with myself, my organs, and my belly. I loved her soft presence, and the way she used her hands helped to realign and soothe everything."

Meet Amy

Bodyworker. Artist. Lover of wild beauty. Wife. Texan-born with Polish roots, I'm currently based in the lush Appalachian mountains of Asheville, North Carolina.

I'm so happy you are here.

It's my deepest honor to tend women in this way, because I have experienced first hand - like so many other women - the pain of growing into womanhood without rites of passages intact, living in union with the natural world, or being taught about female biology as beautiful, sacred, and wildly intelligent.

The thing is once you start living day to day in a way that honors the cycles and biological rhythms of female physiology, and you take back sovereignty in caring for your womb, belly, and breasts - it seems like a no-brainer. Vitality and radiance slowly seep up like rain-soaked moss and it feels like the most natural thing. You start relating to symptoms as messengers and getting curious instead of panicked. Your relationships become rich and reciprocal. Your soul begins to come back online. And you simply can't go back. But the path out of the habituated modern way of interacting with our bodies and the earth as women can be a hard spell to break.

I was under it for the first 20+ years of my life. I cared more about how I looked than how I felt. I was disconnected from nature and therefore my *own* true nature. Unaware of my female anatomy. Burdened (never enamored) by  menstruation. Blind to the fact that my blood, cervical fluids, digestive patterns, mood, etc held vital information for me as a women. Not only on a physical level, but on a soul level. How my organs are functioning. My adrenals. My hormones. My fertility. My soul. My relationships. Being WOMAN is nothing short of miraculous and incredible.

Many years ago, I started to *really* pay attention ( which is one of the most important things we can do in this life. Thank you Mary Oliver.) I started tracking my cycle. I started noticing patterns. I started researching. I started learning. I hired mentors and teachers who were farther ahead of me to help me fill in gaps of what I didn't yet know.

My work has taken many forms over the years - from  teaching and facilitating hundreds of yoga classes, to 1:1 coaching, to bodywork (which I primarily offer alongside 1:1 guidance today). There has been a common thread woven through it all: that our bodies are deeply wise and there is a wellspring inside of us - so pure, full of vitality, and clear as an alpine lake - no matter how far we trail away from her.

I want to live in a world where women are nourished, overflowing, creatively inspired, and deeply met. As baseline. Where pelvic wellness is not a to-do list of practices in your notes app, but a way - woven into the fabric of everyday life.

I am deeply grateful for my teachers and the women whose grit and knowledge and courage and passion has carved the way for so many of us. Thank you to Carly Rae Beaudry and Andrea Terrones, for stewarding Womb Continuum Care.

I'm continuously humbled by the teachings of anatomy, the mysteries of the feminine, the wisdom of the earth, and the way they dance together inside and all around us.

In a world becoming increasingly more loud, chaotic, artificial & disconnected, let's return to our true nature, together.

With big love,

Amy
