From the very first moment we begin bleeding at menarche, to menopause and beyond...we hold the essence of creation in our wombs.
It's easy to move about this modern world forgetting this. To believe that your body is simply a means to an end, or that pain and chronic symptoms are random. Or worse, some sort of 'punishment.'
I don't believe your body needs to be fixed. She needs to be heard.
The work I offer sees your body in her wholeness. Not some puzzle to be solved, but a wild, sprawling garden that simply needs proper tending to flourish.
Womb Continuum Care is a hands-on ceremonial bodywork approach honoring your body as an ecosystem pulsing with organic intelligence. (because she is!)

Together, we will begin in the most superficial layers of your fascia, gradually moving deeper, encouraging your tissues to soften, release, re-hydrate, and communicate.
There is never a rush. I listen to the pace of your body and touch her accordingly.
We will support your uterine alignment by increasing blood flow throughout the abdomen and pelvis, bringing organs home to midline, melting scar tissue + adhesion back into your fascial web, and encouraging proper lymph drainage.

Meet Amy
Your Womb Continuum Care Practitioner
I am a bodyworker, artist, wife, and lover of wild beauty. Texan-born with Polish roots, I'm currently based in the lush mountains of Asheville, North Carolina where I can often be found frolicking around and getting lost in.
I'm so happy you are here.
It's my deepest honor to tend bodies in this way, because I have experienced first hand - like so many other women - the pain of growing into womanhood without rites of passages intact, living in union with the natural world, or being taught about female biology as the beautiful, sacred, wildly intelligent thing she is. I spent years under the spell of addiction, eating disorders, depression, and feeling paralyzed by a frozen nervous system. My menstrual cycles reflected this through searing pain most months and the overall feeling of being a stranger in my own body.
In my early twenties, I fell in love with weaving the physical and spiritual together through yoga. I dove deep into studying and teaching and facilitated hundreds of classes for over four years. I stepped away several years ago with the desire to support women in a more intimate way.
In 2025 I took my first in-depth bodywork training - Ma School - with Carly Rae Beaudry and Andrea Terrones, where I began learning Womb Continuum Care. This body of work is inspired by a blend of several lineages, including Structural Integration, Abdominal Massage from Traditional Mexican Medicine & Manual Pelvic Therapy
I'm continuously humbled by the teachings of anatomy, the mysteries of the feminine, the wisdom of the earth, and the way they dance together inside and all around us.
