Womb Continuum Care

Hands-on pelvic care in Asheville, North Carolina

Where physiology meets mystery

Inside every woman is a primordial force beyond words, beyond time

An instinct that can never be broken or taken away

A power that is our birthright, that lives in the heart of our pelvis

We hold the essence of creation inside our wombs

From the very first moment we begin bleeding at menarche, to menopause and beyond... â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Womb Continuum Care is a ceremonial bodywork approach that honors the organic intelligence pulsing through every woman's body.

It is inspired by a blend of several lineages, including Structural , Abdominal Massage from Traditional Mexican Medicine (Sobadas) & Manual Pelvic Therapy. This work supports uterine health and alignment by increasing blood flow throughout the abdomen and pelvis, bringing organs home to midline, melting scar tissue + adhesion back into the body's fascial web, and encouraging proper lymph drainage.

Our tissues are meant to be touched with care, attunement, and loving presence. It's here that the body is invited to soften back into her original design...one of

suppleness, vitality, wild aliveness.

This is medicine for all seasons of womanhood

This is Feminine restoration from the inside out

This is ancient ritual care made by women, for women.

Madeleine B.

"A year after a DIEP Flap breast reconstruction surgery I was left with uncomfortable scar tissue and a long scar across my abdomen.
Amy provided me with such loving care to reduce and soften the scar tissue. At last, I feel fully taken care of both physically and emotionally and true healing has begun!
Thank you Amy."

"I had such a tender Womb Continuum Care Session with Amy. The way she guided me through each step put me completely at ease, allowing me to soften and yield to the process. I could feel the sacredness she brings to this work. Amy’s energy feels both deeply safe and beautifully light-spirited."

Hi love - I'm so happy you are here.

It's my deepest honor to tend bodies in this way, because I have experienced first hand - like so many others - the pain of growing into womanhood without rites of passages intact, living in union with the natural world, or being taught about female biology as the beautiful, sacred, wildly intelligent thing she is. I spent years under the spell of addiction, eating disorders, depression, and feeling paralyzed by a frozen nervous system. My menstrual cycles reflected this through searing pain every month  and the overall feeling of being a stranger in my own body.

When I began a journey of healing a decade ago, I knew in my bones that one day I would serve other women in a meaningful way - I just didn't quite know what that looked like yet. I studied and taught yoga for four years, then pivoted to dive deep into the feminine mysteries, female anatomy, and how the two are inextricably woven together. This past year I learned bodywork from Carly Rae Beaudry and Andrea Terrones, whose training in Ma School has and continues to transform my understanding of physiology in such a vast way.

I am here for the liberation of women's bodies, to rewrite stories of love inside our tissues, and to help steward our collective return to the innate, the organic, the wildly human.

With Big Love,

Amy
